Flickering Objects in base

I have a similar issue,but its with the campfire,forge,and workbench. At certain angles i can see a shadow of the object (i assume its the mesh of the object).

 
You could turn off some graphics features and see if it changes anything, especially dynamic meshes (rightmost tap of the graphics menue), reflections and shadows, texture size.

If that doesn't yield any information, the next step would be posting your logfile (read one of the pinned threads tells you how this is done) of a short session where you triggered the problem (it likely won't show in the logfile but there is all kinds of information in there that can give a hint).

I don't see how this could be coming from the server as it seems a pure graphical issue. Do you all have the same GPU or a GPU from the same generation by chance?

You could try to create a SP game and see if this happens there as well (i.e. just build a small shack, drop bedroll and put some boxes up). Then create a new world on the server and see if it happens there as well

 
Pretty sure it's the Occlusion bug. Disable occlusion at the main menu, and that should take care of it.

 
Can also point motion sensors (unpowered) in the opposite direction of any turrets/motion sensors in your base. Occlusion yes but that issue is caused by cameras. Should be fixed for a future build
