Flickering bars after 2.0 update

I have had this issue since 2.0 dropped. I have noticed that the health/stealth/stamina bars all flicker and are quite annoying. I have turned off motion blur, upscaler mode, occlusion, and bloom. I have messed with the other settings going from off/low to high/ultra(+). I used DDU to remove the drivers in safe mode, rebooted and installed the latest nVidia drivers.

This can be closed, the fix was turning off my Tobii Eye tracker. THANKS!!
