Flat world? Alpha 18 b143

Hello, Since I can create a world without mountains, can the rwgmixer.xml file be modified? to remove the mountains or is there another way ?, almost everyone has mountains, are very annoying and lower the fps.

I use nitrogen to make my maps. I also like flat maps. Mine is perfectly flat. Not a hill or mountain to be seen. Only me on there so I have it how I like it.
