Flat Textures

After updating to the latest A19 beta, and logging into our server, my friends and I noticed that ground textures were missing and were just a flat constant color. I'm not too sure what happened, and was hoping for some kind of help with this.

Some things I've attempted to do, is delete textures and force re-downloads, but nothing is changing. Is there any file in the server save file that handles textures that I can replace with a different file to restore it?

 
I've moved the save from the server to my own computer, loaded it, and the textures are still flat/missing. The fog also seems to be missing, as can be seen in the screenshot I posted. That smoke/fire is from a supply drop that is almost 500 meters away. Is there somewhere in the save files that handles the textures that I can replace or remove and force to be recreated?

 
I am not aware of a separate section where this kind of data is saved. You might try wiping the region files, but note that you will lose any building you have done in that area.

Logs would be helpful in determining where this issue started. Like the log where you first started the server and noticed this issue.
