Fix Cop Zombie Death Sound

Like the screaming zombie does anyone not hear the cop zombie's sound crack at the end of his death sound it sounds like plot fart sound crack. The same goes for car explosions can someone just go through all the sounds & fix them?

The sounds are called hulkdeath 1, 2 and 3. They apply to the cop and fat Hawaiian. While they're not blatantly distorted, as in clipped, they are heavily brickwall limited, which will appear as clipped if you look at the waveform - but if they were clipped the amount that they were limited, then they would sound way more distorted.

As a test I ran all three sounds through Audacity's de-clipping algorithm. What it does is analyze the waveform and predicts where the limited / clipped peaks would have been. And it might also be trying to reduce the sense of the added harmonics associated with clipped audio.

I gotta say, the results are pretty good. They don't sound worlds apart but they do end up having more bass which makes them sound more impactful, and a little less treble which makes them sound a little warmer, though they are 8 to 9db quieter. The levels could probably be adjusted in Unity though.

These sounds have been in the game for a long time so it is likely that whoever was responsible for the implementation no longer works for them. Nearly all the sounds are brickwall limited. Brickwall limiting will introduce additional harmonics but not blatantly like clipping does. New sounds, like for the hazmat zombie and the mutated zombie are not brickwall limited.

What they would need to do is go back to the original audio files and recreate the sounds without the brickwall limiting applied. A lot of the zombie sounds sound like there are more than one sound playing at the same time. It might be easier for them to simply run them through de-clipping restoration.
