Ok so first question. Is the screaming zombie girl or Samara "as I have been calling her because of streamer I watch" is she broken or is she suppose to spawn 2 at a time while using your gun while looting or and work around base? 

Second question, is it possible to add peas being able to be grown at any point before the game is complete?

1) Yes, the screamer can appear in either 1 or 2.  It has a chance to happen when "heat" reaches a certain point.  Heat is generated by almost any activity, especially those that make a lot of noise.  Once spawned, you can kill her before she summons others or else just defeat everyone once they are summoned.  Afterwards, she won't spawn in the same area for 21 minutes (IIRC) and then the process repeats.  You can limit the spawn chance by limiting heat generation - use melee, crouch when mining, etc.

2) It is doubtful that an canned goods will be made possible to grow at any point in the game's future (except possibly in mods).  It is intended that the better foods have a limitation and not be possible to craft in great quantities.

Second question, is it possible to add peas being able to be grown at any point before the game is complete? 

That is likely impossible due to the fact that they are canned, unless TFP adds a feature to turn canned vegetables into seeds somehow..? but i believe getting peas' should be from like Shamway crates? or Shamway factories. If i remember correctly. however canned foods are valuable due to being used in some food recipes. having a  guaranteed renewable way to get them would be slight improvement.
