Hello there,

I would like to say what a good job with the graphics changing I like how the world & lighting is I hope to see it become more realistic looking in future updates. I like how shop missions were done along with the challenges & tutorial you get. This game was beginning to take a better direction improving up until we got to mechanical changes now I feel the game has taken a giant leap backwards.

With the changes to the crafting & progression system I feel the game has lost it's immersion of a survival crafting game. The progression of doing the action to get it's profession & crafting the tool better up which most people call the elder scrolls progression gave a realistic immersion to the game. You can read a magazine to learn things but just because you read it does not mean your first one is gunna come out perfect it would be flawed but with repetition you would create a better one that's life for ya. To take that away & make our progression just by finding magazines all over the place has simplified also taken part of the fun out of the game which is the progression of maxing your character by working everything.

The removal of items like glass jars & etc has made the game less immersive & also removed more of the fun to the game making it less crafting & more lackluster. I understand the idea may have been to balance things to make more of a struggle but this is not the way to do it any common sense person in a survival situation would never throw a glass jar away after drinking a drink if that's all hes got. The new enemies are alright except for a few the undead giant wolf on bloodmoons seems very unbalanced he needs a tone down also having living wolves & undead vultures takes away the immersion of a survival game vultures wouldn't be everywhere after a nuclear blast they would be wiped out & so would wolves too.

The map options on PS5 seem limiting there needs to be more capability to the customize settings to make the game more fun by the hosts preference. For starters the map presets need to have actual names not just their size numbers & p1-4 I have to look up from the patch notes what the presets are & that should be in the name of the presets. Air drops 24 hours back, ,longer day & night cycles instead of just 2 hours max, a enable/disable enemy spawn list menu, higher drop quantities, & enable/disable item list this would bring some fun to the game. Last why does one large map take up majority of the save allocation & that's it basically it would be nice if the save allocation limit was removed & just let me save as many as I can till my console's harddrive is full a PS5 can take it!

Overall I think the game was better with the original progression & crafting system that gave a better immersion to a survival horror crafting game. I would prefer the game that way with the new graphics & improve on the original system from there for example the skills that go 1-100 don't make it you can put skill points in them just make them progress bars so we can keep track & as for the 5pt, 30pt, & etc skills you can rework all of that for any balancing needs. As for magazines let them teach us recipes we don't know & make most of the crafting hidden through finding books & let quality come with repetitive crafting.

In the current state 7dtd no longer feels like a survival crafting game in this state I call it the repetitive mission running game. As your progression goes currently the best way to get exp & learn everything is just by running missions as quick as possible which is dull & boring. The towns it's nice every building got a name but it don't look good when all the towns are identical & the same buildings with the same names it might have been more immersive to just calling them abandoned building or abandoned home using copy's of the original buildings just give them different names & mix up the variety of layouts. In my opinion the buildings not have any names at all except for the signs you see in game gave a better feel it left your imagination to decide what was the building like before the bomb dropped.

I really hope the reversion is considered this is a sandbox which I was really enjoying & telling everyone to get because it felt like a minecraft for adults with a more realistic look. Now with the repetitive mission running & craftnerfshift this has become like many other games which have been let downs because you end up doing the same infinite repeatable missions for progression & I wouldn't tell anyone to get the game now because there is nothing better then that to gain progression which makes everything else you could possibly do in the game just feel like it's a waste of time. On the old system at least everything I was doing was making progression towards something even if it's only one thing & that is enjoyable to me which makes me want to play the game longer & feel like everything I do isn't a waste of time i'm making a gain in something & collecting a resource.

Thank You for reading!
