PC Favorite Weapons and Perks?

Just curious what choices you guys made with weapons and perks. I've heard the bow with all the perks wasn't that good. A17e!

 
Loving the sledgehammer more than ever, but I don't buy the "Heavy Metal" perk, I don't like it when they fall, so Skull Crusher is my favorite. Guns seem to be quite bad overall, at least the shotgun feels worse than ever. The perks also don't really appeal, faster reload and higher fire-rate.. Meh. Going with Boom Headshot for ranged weapons.

Didn't buy a single bow perk so far, seems like a waste.

 
I’m not too far in (level 19) but I’m definitely enjoying a sledgehammer at the moment. I think I have the first Skull Crusher perk, which is enough to one shot basic zombies with a headshot.

I also have an SMG for emergency. I’d like more bullets before using it for more than that.

 
Molotov Cocktail! 1-2 of those can dispatch a wandering horde. Just run around them first so they gathered all close together.

Fire axe (iron or steel) - good range and damage. After you get used to timing it right (power attack) walking zeds are very easy. Runners not so much.

Also liking SMG (fully modded), yes late game.
