fastfood_4 has a borked rally marker 19b169

[Skullfracture]

Got to location (fetch), couldn't find the rally marker. Exited out of the game then back in and it appeared behind the left outside corner of the wall (if you were facing the front of the restaurant) in a 1 block deep hole.

No idea how to specifically get another quest for that location, so no idea how to try and reproduce that.
