Extreme lag Xbox Series X

Hello, 

the more I progress in the game the more laggy my game gets, is there any tips or recommendations on resolving the lag?

I am on day 39, play on the Xbox Series X. I usually am playing with 3 others for a total of 4 people. They also have the same issue.

While the extreme lag occurs I also experience some tiles not rendering, and when we drive over those tiles or walk over those tiles, we fall through the map! 

 
You mean your FPS is dropping?  Lag is a networking issue with high latency.

You might want to check the posts on similar issues that have already existed for a few weeks instead of starting a new post about an issue without bothering to look.  Wastes a lot less forum space.
