im at over 63 mbps internet download speed and have tried all different types of servers from NA east to EUROPE to MIDDLE EAST and even when next to my brother in the house internet it is horrible connetion and only started happening after this update. They will be pacing in one place until it resolves like 30 seconds to a minute later sometimes, then teleporting all the way to what it seems is normal or goes right back into pacing in one place but in a new place. Its horrible. anyone else have this happen?

I haven't seen that in 1.0, but I've seen in before if the host was on wifi and someone else was playing the game in the same house also on wifi.

These are the most common causes of network issues:

1: AntiVirus: Add folder exclusions for the game folder and the save folder in your antivirus software.
    (on both client and server)

2: oem gaming or network optimizers, like Gamefirst from Asus, Gigabyte network optimizer, Dell,
    HP, Corsair, Razor, etc.
    Uninstall all this junkware.

3: VPN or proxy: Use split tunneling to add an exception for the game.
    Or turn off the vpn.

4: Using Wifi. (WiFi is half-duplex, encrypted, and subject to interference) Use Ethernet instead.

5: Many newer routers have built in security apps which may be interfering with the game's network.
Log into your router to see if this is happening.

Also you can try the "Network Workaround" option from the Options/General tab.
    (both clients and host)

7: (only for server/host) Ports not open. Add port forwarding for ports 26900 TCP and 26900-26903 UDP in
    the host machine's router.'''
