exc argumentexception: an item with the same key has already been added. key 806 71 915

You have a conflict between 2 or more mods. Unfortunately, the only way to figure out which mods don’t play nicely with each other is to start back with the vanilla game and add in one mod at a time, checking the log each time for the errors to return. It sounds like two mods are using the same item number for 2 different blocks. Also there is an error about a missing texture from one of the mods.

 
I figured it out, a20.4 broke 'electricity overhaul mod' disabling it for vanilla worlds in the power menu fixed the problem.

Please update to Electricity Overhaul Version 0.9.3, as it should be compatible with A20.4 (0.9.0 is not).
