Error while launching the game

Once in a while I hop on the PC to play 7days but for whatever reason I'm getting an error while trying to launch the game today. Already tried verifying, removing and installing again which didn't work. I can't post the screenshot because it has to be URL, but the error says:

"An error has occurred while launching this game: disk write error - D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\Apr2005_d3x9_25_x64.cab."

I tried to check what's going on but everything from \_CommonRedist on doesn't exist so I have no idea why this popped out and why removing and installing it again doesn't work.

So basically, Steam isn't able to write the pre-requisites to load them prior to launching the game. Usually, would be due to not having any disk space, or because security software is preventing it. Or maybe you are on a sub-account and Steam was installed using an administrator account.
