Error "Internal net connection"

I've been trying to play the game with my friends for several days, the three of us were only able to enter the same session created by both of us once, but lately we haven't been able to access the server/world/map, always for the same reasons, "An internal net connection error occured. To prevent stability issues you have been disconnected", we've tried everything, restarting our machines, reinstalling the game, but nothing helps, we really like the game and want to keep playing, but this way it's impossible, I'll be leaving a link with the images of errors.

I would appreciate it if you could give an answer as quickly as possible, as we pay a subscription to play and we are losing our money

Firewall/antivirus exceptions on both the host and the clients, the Network Workaround option in the General settings can help. Likely this is due to an unstable connection causing excess packet loss.
