ERROR at launch - (Another launcher is already running) - tied to EAC, disable and it works

Not sure if anyone has run into this yet, but I can't launch 7d2d with EAC enabled. I get this error.

This is happening in every game I have that uses EAC now after a windows update. If anyone knows a fix that would be FANTASTIC! I can't play any EAC servers or games where it's required

Did you update to Windows 11 24H2?
