I was playing when I got midgame an error, I ignored it, then again.
I remembered that my C drive, is full, so I thought okay error because game couldn't update the save files
I went and cleared some files from my c drive and continued playing for maybe 15 minutes, then alt+f4
I started the game again, and received the error end of stream again, 3 logs will be attached, I searched for previous issues, one fix was suggested to delete a file from the region folder, didn't work
I attempted using the bak version of the main.ttw file, didn't work
I followed a fix from this video,
, it did work, but any changes I made to the environment was removed, my inventory was the same, game progress etc, but game reset to day 1 and everything I built or destroyed was back to orignal state
I have made a backup of the corrup save files before attempting the above to at least have a ground 0 to test with
2 log files were generated during my gameplay, the third log was generated when I attempted to launch the game again.

Reproduction Steps
Play the game while the c drive where the appdata and save files are located, get to the point where C drive is compeletly full to the last bit. you will get the error mid game, close it and open it.

Never alt+f4 in 7 Days to Die. The game auto saves every 30 seconds (I think) and if you happen to alt+f4 while it's saving, you are screwed. Always exit the game the proper way.

Alright, I'll fix this but how can I fix the current save? As I said I was able to once recover 90% of what I lost, but world structure was restored and it ruined the fun of the run, I'd like to know if there's a way to fix this especially that the error is more related to the space being filled, I cleared it before playing some more so idk what to do now

For that, maybe @SylenThunder can help... Maybe?

I don't see this as a bug. Alt + f4 should rarely cause issues if your system is running well (but, generally, you only want to do it when you can't exit normally). Filling up your boot drive is... very bad. You can start having OS and general system issues, including this one and you'll shorten the lifspawn of your drive very rapidly. The only fix for this would be to prevent the player from loading the game if your drive is full. For an SSD, you want at least ~35% free space and HDD ~50% at a minimal.
