Edit lights

Hi everyone, I have a problem.
We have made a new beautiful map and would like to install lanterns without a power source, for example.
The creative says these lanterns can be toggled on and off as you create them.
So I think this is only possible in the editor.
How do I get the map we've already built so 1 to 1 to edit on the PC to edit and upload again?
Since we don't feel like doing all those mods, I wanted to see how it could be done.

I have not tried this with an entire map, just played it in single player...but you might be able to load this mod: https://7daystodiemods.com/poi-light-enabler/

and then go into a game with your map and (single player only likely) turn on the lights you want and then save the map?

I believe in multiplayer there may be issues, like if you have this loaded in multiplayer and turn lights on ( others may not see the lights on?) but not sure what happens if you do it with a map, save it, and then reload and others join.

Hi thanks the POI Light Enabler - I've already seen the Real Time Mod. 
But it didn't run on the server, which unfortunately had problems, so I had to take the mod down again.
