Easy(?) questions about a17e dedi mods

Just a couple of quick questions about a17e dedi servers and mods that searching wasn't able to find. First, do XPath mods push to the clients, or do they need to install them? I know in prior versions regular xml changes pushed (except one - that's the next question!).

Second question is whether or not Localization.txt will push from a dedi server now? It didn't in 16.4 and that made making alternate perk tress very sad.

Yes the XPath or modded XMLs will push from the server.

Localization files do not.

Custom icons and models still won't push from the dedi, but I believe those are the only things the client needs to have installed now (besides localization.)
