Easy anti cheat error when playing with a PC player on xbox

Hi all I was wondering if anybody has experienced the error eac authorization timed out on Xbox? I played with my friend on PC for a good 2-3 hours one day then the next I kept getting the error is it because so many people are playing cross platform at the moment you think?

I was also lagging quite a bit too

 
Usually a network issue reaching the EoS servers or a regional outage.  It's Tuesday, so the latter is more likely.

 
I have a question is there a way to look up the global outage situation? Or try and fix the network issues to the eos servers?
