EAC kicks me every 1-10min

Hello, im after some time of playing on a server i get kicked from EAC with the reason: "eacauth_known_HearthbeatTimeout - Hearthbeat timed out" does someone know what is causing that, and how to fix it?

 
You could try creating exclusions in your antivirus program for both the game and saves folders. Ideally, to be sure, we would need to see your entire log file. Copy it, go to pastebin.com and paste it there then post the link it created here.
