There's 3 RndModBundles, this is list from the third (highest LS I think):

So, if you get the 3rd box, you have 4 options and you'll get 3 uniques, just leaving one out. The odds of that being the same one twice is basically 25%, but at that high of a chance, RNG will do funny things...
