DS not letting me reload game.

So I have set up a DS for my friends and I to play on. I fired up the DS and waited. Fired up the game and joined server no problem. Played for a bit the closed the game to go eat dinner.

now the game says there is already a version running and won't let me join back in :(

The only copy that is running is the DS from what I can tell but looks like the exe is the same for both DS and game modes.

Does anyone have suggestions? is this a known issue?

Going to need logs, information on how you set it up, ect. There are sticky threads you should take a look at before posting.
