PC Drop fps

Hello, I have such a problem - when entering the world, the FPS is steadily kept at around 60-90. After an hour or two, the game drops to 20-30. What to do?: Дробленый:

 
Same here from smooth and nice to wading through treacle any time between 1-2 hours. Fresh install hex core processor, 24gb ram, 6gb gtx 1060ti.

Game just seems to decide it needs a rest and goes on a go slow, horizontal flicker and slowed down animation.
