Does healing other still work?

I have been playing lots of SP so haven't been able to test it. I have watched some streamers but they never seem to try it when one of their team mates is bleeding out. So was just curious if you could still heal someone else by right clicking on them with bandages or first aid kits. Also can you force some one to drink something? If I was holding beer could I right click on someone and make them drunk :D

 
Last I knew it was a new feature that was bugged, and wasn't functioning as intended. I can't say I've tested it in 18.4 though.  No you cannot force someone to drink. I can't pour water on them when they are on fire either.

 
Healing others does work at least with bandages. I haven't tried a first aid kit yet; let me rephrase, I tried using one on a teammate but it was under a rushed combat situation and I can't say for sure I didn't aim correctly/was too far away or not.
