PC Do explosive arrow damage increase with agility or perception build?

As in the question: which skill tree increases the damage done by exploding arrows / bolts?

You know I had been wondering this myself.  I hadn't had much time to test stuff lately.  PER+AGI are complimentary in some ways.

According to the xmls, explodeys extend to the standard arrow, which has

So, agility. Bolts are the same, minus the perkpenetrator.

did you actually tested this ?  as a18  applied this bonus to  basic arrow  but 0  impact to explosion  / burn itself
