XBOX DLC does not load on XBOX

If you go to the main menu and click DLCs, does it show that you own the hoarder outfit, or does it prompt you to buy it?
Did you perhaps buy the DLC for the wrong version of the game? (i.e. you bought the DLC for xbox PC instead of xbox console version?)

I bought it through the Console Edition of the game ... recieved a refund and repurchase it through the XBOX store
