Desert Sand Storm Particles appear to be missing texture

Once the desert sand storm takes effect and the screen modifier appears, the sand storm particles look like black flecks and gives the impression a texture isn't appropriately applying.

This is happening to me as well. I also have cloud textures rendering black as well as cold breath and gun barrel smoke doing the same. I see a few posts of others where textures and traders are appearing black but am not seeing few if any responses to them. This is a post I made on reddit that has video of my troubles:

Hello All,

Can you all add images of your Video Settings for Display and Quality so we can try to reproduce the issue? Also, what kind of graphics card and drivers are you using.

For GPU and driver it was as the log suggests:

    Version:  Direct3D 11.0 [level 11.1]
    Renderer: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (ID=0x731f)
    Vendor:   ATI
    VRAM:     6103 MB
    Driver:   32.0.21037.1004

But the Driver is now: 32.0.21041.1000 with a recent update.
Video Settings are kept on the low end to reflect the aging card and Armor/City rendering/hitching challenges.

The driver update on 08 Jan, and update to the base game for (b32) has possibly resolved the original post issue since those particles appear to be displaying as intended. All the best with Raisin.

Thank you for your reply, arramus. I admit I didn't even check the log before asking for your graphic card details since my first thought was to try to emulate those settings to see if I got the same thing.

RTX 2060 Driver current: 591.86
I've since turned storms off which is unfortunate. Still having issues as noted in another thread you replied to regarding gun barrel smoke, storm clouds and breath rendering black. Until I figure it out I'm unable to hip fire any weapon and have to avoid the winter biome at all costs. This is a bummer as I love using the shotgun. This only started with the 2.5 update.
