PC Dedication server for ps4

Recently started playing with a friend. I seen I need a dedication server to be able to play his lobby without him being online. How do I go about doing this?..

 
There is no dedicated server for the Console version. It is only Peer-to-peer. You will not be able to play his save without him having it online.
