Dedicated Experimental server help

I am using SteamCMD on my dedicated and cannot for the life of get experimental to install. I have tried;

app_update 294420 -beta latest_experimental-unstablebuild validate

app_update 294420 -beta latest_experimental-unstable

app_update 294420 -beta latest_experimental - Unstable build

Its been a while since I have tried to install an experimental. What am I missing here?
