PC Dear Diary: E17.1e B8 Start on Default without traders

After my last diary about the startgame in A17.0

Now here the sequel.

Same seed. same startspot

Different to the test before

* Now i know the map

* I didnt delete the trader, this time i simply ignore them

And because this time i know the map i start here and now by showing my evil masterplan

Well so lets start

Spawnpoint i made my startquests, ready to go

found 2 Boars on my way, Frames + Tree = you survive them

This time i loot the Clothes on my way southwards

Sadly no warm jacket, but a duster and some other clothes

Thats what i want NOT to see @ my first stashes

(Guns and tools i hope for)

First night i make a Hatches lift

My equipment at end of day1

If you know a poi you can kill obnoxious enemys during they sleep

Some Pois allow to melee arround a Stash (other not)

If you ever ask yourself why i had so much wood in the first week

Did i menation what kind of crates i dislike the first few stashes ....

So day2 after i moved my loot from the first 2 roofes back to base i start by removing the cars inside my "Base"

(In A16 i didnt do this once, the result of a random zombie punching a car was .... not nice )

well thats for now, i guess in 1-2 hours i can write more

I spend the nearly complete 2nd day by killing and looting the north

Lootbox. Not on the ground to reduce the chcance to be destroyed. Furter you can nerdpole 3 up and be more or less safe during you look into the crate

Nice a working workbench

Did i mention what kind of stashes i dislike ^^

I pend the night from 2->3 by start building my defenses

Later i went back to the Junkyard and disassembled both Pole tops

Not much, but i hope enough until i can produce more, definatly too less for a Motorbike or so (would need what ? 15 Junkywards, or a dozend hours of wasteland)

Later i looted some pois in the east.

And i had real luck (look at the mod too)

At arround 17:00 i started to build my forge

Looks not so bad ?!

Ohh nice a volunteer

Nobody can have soo much luck

Nearly no ammo, half defense only not reinforced wood

puhhhh

this was .... not .....nice

But yea defense work so far, a few inmprovements i can imagine

We will see, we reached again my current status

Status at Day 4 Midday

I lootet arround 10 Stashes

* Forge is running

* Bike comes soon

* Food looks good

* Still no pickaxe = nearly no Iron

* Still no shotgun

* No hammer or nailgn

So my to do list for the moment

* Loot a few more Stashes and hope for Pickaxe and shotgun will go to the SW as next

* Loot both hotels (the one next to my base and the other one in the south), need warm clothes

* Chop some trees with my nice Chainsaw (maybe better wait until i have a bike, green is 500m away)

* Should start a garden but i have no seeds anyway (but a hoe)

Soo, its night from Day 5 to 6

Nothing changed, except from a Magnum i found nothing of the things i search. (this are my "nonstackable" items)

Food, seeds and a very broad definition of Ammo

Well i have my bike but it looks as if i will need it soon

SO i see 5 tasks for day 6 and 7

* Loot further away

* Make a garden

* Harvest wood and if i get a pickaxe Stone and iron

* Get some material for better blocks, i have 35 Rebar frames, maybe i get enough Concrete mix

* Loot and harvest some cars for Gas and Mining helmet

Well I started day 6 by the try to move arround, sadly without light no way in the desert biome

But i got some concrete

So i spended the night by hoing my garden

At morning i had luck and found a pickaxe and a nailgun

As next i wanted more Concrete and found a barn full of it

I placed soem frames for the case the lift in the barn collapses.

And my framework collapsed together with the lift

Death is death :|

Anyone interest in a 3rd diary ?

I guess there is not much new you would read. If not i start a game with my mod

Next game i started by focus on getting a Minibike, to get it soon i started with 200% loot the first day.

But the reason for this post here is my nice new melee defense
