The technology window created by nanobots is not activated in the future improvement tab. What should I do?
Both of them made with the Devil's Essence were taken at Level 5 Max. However, 
the technology boost items made by nanobots are not activated even if you make injections and eat them.
The level is 250, what's wrong?
 
What you should do is post in the right section. Generally that is "Game Modification->Discussion and Requests.

Also if it is a problem with a specific mod you probably will get better answers if you post in the thread of the mod itself.
