B benhwa New member Apr 15, 2021 #2 Having the same issue. Left stick not working. Have tried using steam big picture, turning off anti-cheat also to no avail. Regular Alpha 19 7DTD works just fine. Hope someone comes up with resolution for this.

KhaineGB Well-known member Apr 19, 2021 #3 Sphereii says to add the launcher to steam as a non-steam game. Or you could use keyboard and mouse.
