Custom Zombie Name Help.

Been looking for a mod that will let me do custom names for zombies, for local and on my server. So far, I have found one that should change the name of the nurse, but it does not work.

Here is the format it uses,

Key,File,Type,UsedInMainMenu,NoTranslate,english,Context
zombieNurse,entityclasses,Entity,,,Nurse Kelly
zombieNurseFeral,entityclasses,Entity,,,Feral Nurse Kelly
zombieNurseRadiated,entityclasses,Entity,,,Radiated Nurse Kelly

if anyone can point out the error or ideas on how to make it work?
