Is there a mod that allows you to put your own images in the game. I remember an overhaul mod had the option to paste a URL (like Imgur) on a sign and it would display the image. Don't remember which overhaul and not looking for a complete overhaul currently anyway. Would also like to just link to or copy files on the PC.

Score has this option, you must enable it in the config block, but Score can do this for you
