Crashing the game 19.4 (Windows).

Has a problem with crashing the game. This happens on various occasions and activities. There is no pattern. Clean installation on a completely separate drive. Motion blur off, virtual memory ok. Dynamic music off. Set to launch the game in DX10 mode (without it, the game also crashes). I have been testing this for a while and found nothing. I would like to add that the CPU and GPU temperatures are normal. I am asking for advice and help.

I will add that there are also game freezes. As if the view would freeze and the game continued underneath. Here only killing the game process helps. In this situation, the game does not report any bugs.

Most likely the issue is the 30k item stack mod.  Having insane stack sizes is known to cause issues.

Try removing the mods and verifying your files. Give it a shot in Vanilla, and see if you have the issue still.

you will need to copy or move the entire mods folder out of the game and re verify files to have steam reset the configs. even if you disable some command lines (if any)... the game will always look for a mods folder and apply any within.





 





then try the game as vanilla (hopefully if all is clean), it should run fine... after that, then add 1-2 mods back at a time after checking for errors until you find that one or ones that are causing problems... then contact the mod creator for their support.
