PC Crafting motorized tools?

I bought the fourth perk in Grease Monkey to be able to craft motorized tools so I could craft Augers and Chainsaws. I'm unable to craft them though. I know in the last build it was a problem where we couldn't craft certain things even with having the correct perks bought but I thought they fixed that issue. Is it still an issue with these two items or are the Auger and Chainsaw not what they are referring to with "motorized tools"?

I ran into this as well, then I saw auger and chainsaw are mentioned in the description of Advanced Engineering lvl 5. No idea what motorized tools are, but in my last game I actually edited the XML so that I could build them with Grease Monkey lvl 4 anyways. Waiting till level 100 felt too slow.

Ahh I didn't even see them under Advanced Engineering. Now I'm also wondering what they are referring to with "Motorized Tools". Thank you for the information.
