PC Crafting Bundles for xp

I'm sorry if this has been addressed but I couldn't find anything on the topic. I did some mining for lead today, which is ridiculously easy now, and came away with over 13,000 lead and 6000 small stones. I decided to craft the stones into a bundle for easier storage later and received 19,800 xp for crafting it. I opened it back up and crafted it again and got 9,900 xp the second time. Has anyone know if this is meant to be a way to rack up xp very quickly or maybe it just hasn't been tweaked yet?

Well, you've found new exp exploit I guess.

My bet is, it'll give no exp soon exactly because of what you've described.

Well it definitely did not work that way for me so the devs absolutely do not need to go fix this exploit which absolutely does not exist. Nothing to see here Pimps, move along...
