Copying saves

I want my friend to join my game, but I set it up SP instead of MP.

Now I will start a new game, and transfer the save.

I have found the save folder, but what folders/files should I copy?

I've never done anything like this before.

I see;

> Player (folder)

> Region (folder)

about 8 files, game options, main, players etc

Also I cannot give the new game the same name.

just change your old game from sp to mp.
