Coop takes ages to load?

Hey, quick question. So after a long time me and my friend decided to play coop. I remember when playing older Alphas i would start the world, invite my friend and then we could play. But now it takes her ages to download the world let alone joining the game. Are we doing something wrong or do we just have ro wait for it to load?

How is your internet connection? Especially the upload of that person that is the host?

It's not overall huge amounts, but if your upload is slow, it may take a while and even time out.

Well i am on my mobile data and she is aswell so could that be a problem? 

 
It should be faster in subsequent plays once she has the world loaded. The first time you connect she will have to pre-load your world and that can take a long time. If it is still just as slow in later plays then there may be a problem.
