Controller issue

For some reason my ps4 controller is very hit and miss when it comes to playing the mods version of 7 days, works OK in vanilla mode. Anyone know why this is? And any fixes for it?

"mods" is a very very vague word making the question impossible to answer.  You would be better served asking in mod forum or messaging the creators of what ever mods you are using.

you ned to isolate which mod is the culprit and then contact the creator to explain issue and hope for a fix.
but yes please ask in the modding section for support.
