Windows Constant Crashes since Win11 update

I've been experiencing this same crash going on with other games such as POE2 and Last Epoch, but i'm able to "fix" it by right clicking the game in Task Manager and running it on Efficiency Mode. Is this an Intel issue and I'm stuck doing this "fix" on all games, or a Win11 issue?

Have you updated your video drivers to the latest version?

yes, I generally update them as soon as Nvidia pushes them out

Windows updates will often replace your Nvidia driver with a "Windows certified" driver that is missing 3/4 of the features the game requires to run. After any major Windows update, you are advised to perform a Clean Installation of Nvidia drivers. Clean install is under the advanced options when running the driver install.
