XBOX Console cannot join dedicated PC Server after V2.1 update.

Is there any time frame in a solution for console players not being able to join dedicated PC server after V2.1 (b9) update? We have a dedicated PC Server thru Nitrado with no Mods that an Xbox player was able to join and play with no issues but cannot after the update. When he clicks on our server it says "Mod Configs" and we are not using any mods. All settings are within the parameters for cross platform play on dedicated server.
 
I appreciate the response. We reset the game on the server and now it works for some reason. Still is V2.1(b9). A lot of lost progress but oh well.

If epic sneezes 7days has issues. When that happens restarting server fixes the issue. On output logs if you see heartbeat failed that is the problem and when you see it restart server once it stops saying that
