So it's official, they have the rights back for 7D2D console version. I understand it may take some time to get an update for console. There is a lot that needs to be worked on with the game itself and there is always a financial concern.

Dev's please consider crowdfunding. I believe you will find a lot of players are willing to help get this game moving forward on console. I am more than willing to put up some cash if a crowdfunding project takes place.

Good luck!!! You have a lot of people watching and waiting for a console update.

 
We aren't getting an update, they don't care about this gen and will only persue work on 7dtd if the PC version is successful. Xbox is forever stuck with with broken hot garbage. Crowd funding is how they came to be so they know how to do it but considering all the facts, I do not think it would be successful.

 
True but could be worth a shot. I'd be down to help fund the project. I love this game & it is easily one of my favorite all time titles.
