Connecting to server issue

As the title says, I'm experiencing issues connecting to my server. Every time someone tries to connect, they get "Could not retrieve server ID". I have disabled SteamNetworking, as it should be, all ports are forwarded and the server starts up well without any errors. Is there any fix for this without enabling SteamNetworking?

Edit 1: Forgot to mention that the server successfully connects to LiteNetLib.

What ports did you forward?

I had the similar issue. 

I had to tell it the port were for 7d2d not just generally open.
