command to reload xml files from in-game

i seem to recall MM giving us the info such a command exists. hoping one of you know and can share it.

The xml files are loaded during start of a new or existing game, instead of loading before the main menu. No way AFAIK to reload or refresh the xml files while a game is running.

I have seen people doing it in A16 on servers while I was on it. No idea how they were doing it though.

That only works when running the game inside the editor.
