Command Console will not go away Alpha 19 b154

I've followed the instructions on cleaning out the old settings. 

Clean out A18 data

1) start the game from your library

2) select show game launcher

3) click in the tools tab

4) click on clean game files and check all circles

5) click clean

• Did you start a new game and re-create the issue?

[*]Have you validated your files through Steam?

  Yes
  

[*]After validation, did you re-try with a brand new game?

• 
  Yes

Deleting my modes took care of this issue...
