Hi,

I was wondering is there is a way for clients to download mods from an FTP server. I have looked all over but I have no luck. If anbody has a way to do this please let me know.

There are already mod managers that download from github directly (and automatically generate updates, etc.) Why would we need FTP?

 
So I am hosting the server on prem. When other players are connecting to my server, I would need to set up a mod manager?
