Checkered texture shade bug and three line bug on compass

I tried everything to fix this issue, including;

• Removing Mods

• Starting a new game (w/o mods)

• Validating Files

• Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game

• Changing graphic settings

I've searched online for any answered and came up with nothing. This is quite annoying, and I would love to find a way to fix it.

you did not specify which alpha and which build.. currently on a19.4b7 current stable our compass area does not look like that so that tells me you are still calling on legacy mods (even tho you said you got rid of them)

the launcher has an option to delete all the game folder contents but wont delete non vanilla files and the registry needs to be cleaned as well.

so give the launcher a spin and have it clean all you can and try a new map.  even if you have to manually delete them afterwards.

the launcher is in base game folder called 7dlauncher.exe
