Charismatic Nature clarification??

Is it possible to get a clarification of the Charismatic Nature perk?

Is there a limited range for it to work?
It looks like it on all the time but when you look on the character page it says 10s.

Is there a time limit?
It looks like it is on across the whole map, the icon in the left bottom corner is present and looks active.

Does it only work for allies or also party members?

I haven't tried that one in ages, but some of that sounds easy enough to test.. just have people check their stats at appropriate times.

The 10 sec timer sounds like a refresh thing. Having it out of sync doesn't seem like it would cause big issues, so there's no point in keeping it entirely up-to-date. As it only changes per spec/party/ally -changes, it doesn't change often. Re-checking every 10 secs sounds more than enough.

My friend and I use it every game, and it works however far apart we are.

It looks like it on all the time but when you look on the character page it says 10s.

That is just how the healing works. Once you max it out, you can easily check that the +1 to all attributes is active all the time, to bad it doesn't stack.

No time limit, and yes, it is on and active anywhere and anytime.

My friend and I are always allies and teammates, so I couldn't tell you on that one.
