Character progress was lost; how do I complete challenges that I've already completed?

Was playing earlier today, and during that time, the power to my house was lost. When power was restored, I logged back on and when loading into my world, my character spawned in like you do the first time you create the world. All of my character progress was lost. I found after reading some posts here as well as other articles online that this is an issue that can come up. After reading, I've just started rebuilding my character using the creative menu. But when it comes to the challenges that you can access when you press <Y>, is there something that I can input into the debug menu that will let me complete the ones that I've already completed before my character's progress was lost?
